Latest MAZE RUNNER: THE DEATH CURE Poster Teases “The End”

WCKD gets a special shout-out in new MAZE RUNNER finale poster!

After all these years, the Maze Runner franchise is finally getting a little pun-y with the name of its evil corporate antagonists!

The new poster for Maze Runner: The Death Cure is teasing the series end, but it’s also using the dual meaning of “wicked” to its advantage.

The poster features Thomas (Dylan O’Brien), Newt (Thomas Brodie-Sangster), Frypan (Dexter Darden), Jorge (Giancarlo Esposito), Brenda (Rosa Salazar), and Minho (Ki Hong Lee) looking rather serious as they gaze upon WCKD headquarters, but the phrase above them is a little more cheeky: “The End Will Be WCKD.”

Yup, we think it will be, indeed!

Maze Runner: The Death Cure hits theaters on January 26, 2018.

In the epic finale to the Maze Runner saga, Thomas leads his group of escaped Gladers on their final and most dangerous mission yet. To save their friends, they must break into the legendary Last City, a WCKD-controlled labyrinth that may turn out to be the deadliest maze of all. Anyone who makes it out alive will get answers to the questions the Gladers have been asking since they first arrived in the maze.
