Haim and M83 release their dreamy contribution to the INSURGENT soundtrack!
Dystopian movie soundtracks have become a place of comfort for indie rockers Haim and France’s electric M83, it seems! Last year, Haim was featured on “Meltdown” for THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY PART 1 soundtrack while M83 contributed to DIVERGENT’s soundtrack with “I Need You”.
Now, the two acts have come together to create a string-filled, ethereal number for the INSURGENT soundtrack, “Holes in the Sky”!
This marks the first we’ve heard about the film’s soundtrack, but there’s bound to be a slew of soundtrack news in the very near future. We think “Holes in the Sky” does a great job setting the tone for the film– a little different, but also very edgy in its own way.
