The Inside the Episode Featurette for the season 7 finale of GAME OF THRONES delves into the big moments for the characters.

Warning: SPOILERS!

Whether you thought it was the best episode of the season or not, there were some major turning points during the final episode of season 7 of Game of Thrones.

If you’ve been keeping up with Game of Thrones, then there really wasn’t anything that unpredictable during the episode. However, that doesn’t change the fact that the actors involved in some of those major scenes turned out some pretty great performances. To have all the major players in one scene was already a sight to see, and their acting dominated, right down to the kidnapped white walker.

Of course, we can’t forget the scene at Winterfell with Lady Sansa and her siblings exacting their revenge upon an unsuspecting Lord Baelish. We definitely were surprised, but elated as well.

Check out the featurette above for Dan Weiss and David Benioff’s thoughts on the season finale and those momentous moments.

HBO

For those cheering for Dany and Jon to get it on (despite the fact that they’re very much related – no judging), you got your wish. In cheeky fashion, they gave us a fairly good look at their union. However, what does this mean for the end game? And what will happen when they find out that Jon Snow is really Aegon Targaryen, son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark?

HBO

Kit Harington, Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage, and Isaac Hempstead-Wright weigh in on this union of Fire and Ice.

Yes, it’s “ew” that Dany is Jon/Aegon’s aunt, but we really can’t blame them for desiring each other since they, and many others in Westeros don’t know. However, there are other matters involved as Dinklage said in the video. In the end, only one of them can sit on the Iron Throne.

We’ll have to wait a while to see who that will be, though, since Game of Thrones doesn’t return until at least a year.
