We finally have a new trailer for THE MAGICIANS Season 2 and we’re so excited that we’ll get to see everyone again in Fillory!
A lot of crap happened to our group of magic students in season 1 of The Magicians, but luckily, we haven’t seen the last of Quentin (Jason Ralph), Alice (Olivia Taylor Dudley), Penny (Arjun Gupta), Eliot (Hale Appleman), Margo (Summer Bishil), Julia (Stella Maeve), and even Kady (Jade Tailor) as they try to deal with the aftermath of the first season’s finale. Of course, we already knew Quentin would be back, but as far as the others, nothing was certain.
Now, you can see from this new trailer that there’ll be a lot more for the ducklings to deal with in the second season.
[pullquote]Only the powerful will prevail.[/pullquote]It definitely looks like there’s a lot more for them going on in Fillory than at Brakebills, but that seems to make it all the more interesting. And it’s good to see that there are glimpses of humor intermixed in with the drama and darkness that the Beast (Charles Mesure) will no doubt bring more of, especially with Julia under his…tutelage?
Plus, more kissing! Yes, that was Q and Alice at it again in the shower, and Eliot with…Margo? Honestly, we’re not sure. But still, exciting!
The Magicians returns to SyFy with season 2 on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.
