Max and Fang Argue In New MAXIMUM RIDE Clip

Max and Fang share a tense moment in MAXIMUM RIDE clip!

You may have already seen the surprise first trailer for Maximum Ride, but now you can watch the first clip!

The James Patterson Young Adult book series was originally supposed to be a web series but after a year or so with no news whatsoever, Paramount burst the adaptation back on to the scene as a movie set to be released in select theaters and On Demand, complete with a trailer.

J-14 has the first clip from the film, which shows Allie Marie Evans as Max (with her very Canadian “sorry”) and Patrick Johnson as Fang having a bit of a tiff after reuniting in an abandoned house. Then things get a little complicated when things start to turn a little more romantic than book fans might be expecting.

Well, it’s a small indie, folks! But at least it’s an adaptation, right?

Maximum Ride will be released on iTunes via Digital HD on August 30th. It will hit limited theaters and On Demand on September 30th.
