LUKE CAGE Season 2 shows us that the Hero For Hire isn’t the only person kicking ass this season!
If you follow Marvel comics much, you probably already know that Misty Knight (Simone Missick) and Colleen Wing (Jessica Henwick) are quite the duo. Not only are they kickass friends, they also form a heroic partnership in which they call themselves The Daughters of the Dragon. While that element may or may not be coming to the TV adaptations, we’re definitely seeing the two battle together.
A new clip from Luke Cage Season 2 features a pre-bionic arm Misty and Colleen having a drink when Misty is approached by a man with a grudge. As it turns out, Misty put his brother in jail. The violence escalates and despite only having one arm, Colleen knows Misty can hold her own. But when the man’s friends join in, Colleen gets involved and a full-on bar brawl erupts.
We love the easy respect these two ladies share with just a few glances!
Luke Cage Season 2 premieres on Netflix on June 22, 2018.
