A recent survey from Fandango has revealed that The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 is this fall’s most anticipated movie.
The survey asked 1,000 moviegoers which films they’re most excited to see between September and November, and Mockingjay part 2, the last installment of The Hunger Games, series won 36% of the vote. 26% voted for the new James Bond film Spectre, and 11% picked Ridley Scott’s The Martian. The category stats played out as follows:
1. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2: 36%
2. Spectre: 21%
3. The Martian: 11%
4. Bridge of Spies: 10%
5. Black Mass: 9%
This is the third consecutive year that “The Hunger Games” has won the majority in this poll.
Respondents also voted on some other categories, including family films (the most anticipated being The Good Dinosaur), horror films (The Visit took the lead with 24%), and Oscar predictions (Johnny Depp and Julia Roberts are the top on the lists) — check out all results here.
