New CW DC SUPERHEROES “Suit Up” Promo Promises Action Packed Seasons

CW promo invites you to suit up for new seasons of DC superhero shows, including ARROW, THE FLASH, AND BLACK LIGHTNING.

Who’s getting excited for the fall season of TV? The CW recently released a new promo titled “Suit Up” featuring its fall slate of DC superhero shows. Included in this lineup is The FlashSupergirlDC’s Legends of TomorrowArrow, and Black Lightning.

Kicking things off is The Flash, premiering its fifth season October 9th. The show will keep its Tuesday prime time slot at 8pm. Stars include: Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramo, Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells, Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West, and newcomer Jessica Parker Kennedy as Nora West-Allen aka the speedster hero XS.

Immediately following The Flash, Black Lightning returns for its second season at 9pm, starring Cress Williams as Black Lightning, China Anne McClain as Jennifer Pierce, Nafessa Williams as Anissa Pierce, Marvin ‘Krondon’ Jones III as Tobias Whale, and Damon Gupton as Bill Henderson.

Supergirl premieres its fourth season October 14th, moving to prime time Sunday. Stars include: Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers/Supergirl, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow ‘Winn’ Schott, Katie McGrath as Lena Luthor, Jess Rath as Brainiac 5, and newcomber Sam Witwer as hero Agent Liberty.

Arrow will premiere the next day, October 15th, with its seventh season and stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, and Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak. Colton Haynes will make a reappearance as Roy Harper for this new season after being absent for the past few seasons.

Finally, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’s second season starts the following Monday, October 22nd, and will showcase Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/The ATOM, Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory/Heat Wave, Nick Zano as Dr. Nate Heywood/Steel and Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Vixen.
