Some new images from ANT-MAN AND THE WASP were released recently, giving us a glimpse into the Quantum Realm.

Prior to the newly released “Fun” TV Spot for the upcoming, Ant-Man sequel, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Marvel released some cool new images and we’re ready to get back into the world of the miniscule and the ever goliath. In the images, you’ll see the two major protagonists Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), as well as the main antagonist Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen). Plus, a couple of images from the Quantum Realm, an alternate dimension that is accessible through extreme subatomic shrinking, and generally almost impossible to return from:

In the aftermath of ‘Captain America: Civil War,’ Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to re-balance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

As stated in the storyline, this film takes place after the events of Captain America: Civil War, and prior to Avengers: Infinity War. The movie might reveal how Scott made the deal with the government and avoided being part of Infinity War.

This is the third to the last film in Phase Three of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Captain Marvel and Avengers 4 being the final two.
