Check out two new photos from FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE CRIMES OF GRINDELWALD!
EW revealed an exclusive new image this week from the Fantastic Beasts sequel, The Crimes of Grindelwald. The image shows our main character, Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) in a sewer tunnel, staring intently at the viewer. Check it out below:
Though we’re not sure what exactly is going on in the photo, it sure does look exciting, and possibly dangerous!
EW also released a behind the scenes photo from the film set, which shows Redmayne and Jude Law, who is playing Dumbledore. The photo shows off a different outfit for Dumbledore than we saw in the first cast photo, with Law being in muggle garb:
The second of a planned five tales shifts the action across the pond to Paris, as Newt teams with his favorite Hogwarts professor Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) to hunt down the nefarious wizard Gillert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) — though that’s really just a portion of screenwriter J.K. Rowling’s sprawling story, which introduces several new characters (such as Newt’s ex-love Leta Lestrange played by Zoe Kravitz) along with bringing back familiar faces from 2016’s Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them (like Newt’s American love interest Tina Goldstein played by Katherine Waterston).
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald hits theatres on November 16th, 2018.
