Tom Holland tweeted the new SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING poster earlier today and it definitely shows a fun web-head!
We still have almost a year before we see what Marvel plans to do with Spider-Man, but today we got our first look at the style of the movie in the Spider-Man: Homecoming poster. Both previous cinematic incarnations of Spider-Man have rushed him through high school, but not this time around. Director Jon Watts has said they plan to keep Peter Parker in high school for a while and let him struggle with being a teen and a hero. They also intend to keep the movie lighthearted, as shown in his debut in Captain America: Civil War. Tom Holland easily stole the few scenes they placed him in.
The poster also gives us a glimpse of his new suit. It seems upgraded from the first version Tony Stark built him, with more tech in his web shooters and metallic guards on his legs. Could this be the start of the Iron Spider-Man? Let us know your thoughts below.
