If you’ve never heard of PaleyFest, it’s an annual week-long program that features many of the popular shows on television in a panel setting to discuss the show and answer fan and media questions. It is hosted by The Paley Center for Media based in Los Angeles. PaleyFest has become somewhat of a precursor to the much larger San Diego Comic-Con, at least in regards to the Hall H panels. And now that they’ve moved the programming to the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, the fest could accommodate up to 3400 people, which is good considering the growing popularity of the event.
This year, they’ve added Outlander, and Arrow & The Flash (as a duo panel) to their lineup of panels. No doubt these two panels will fill up fairly quickly, as with all the other panels they have.
Paley members get first dibs on the tickets, of course. Then tickets for the general public will range from $30 to $80 and are said to go on sale starting January 23rd, according to the PaleyFest website. However, Ticketmaster shows them going on presale on January 24th. But I’d call on the earlier date to be safe.
Here’s the full lineup:
- 3/6: Opening: Homeland 7 pm PT
- 3/7: A Salute to Comedy Central – 12 pm PT: Broad City; Key & Peele; Kroll Show; Workaholics
- 3/7: The Good Wife 8 pm PT
- 3/8: Girls 1 pm PT
- 3/8: Scandal 7 pm PT
- 3/11: Teen Wolf 7 pm PT
- 3/12: Outlander 7 pm PT
- 3/13: Glee 7 pm PT
- 3/14: Arrow & The Flash 4 pm PT
- 3/14: Modern Family 8 pm PT
- 3/15: Jane The Virgin 4 pm PT

What’s even cooler about this is that if you are unable to go for whatever reason, you’ll be able to watch all of the panels live on your mobile device for free with the Paley App! Just go into your device’s app store to download it and watch PaleyFest from the comfort of your own home.
