Check out all the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 5 Character Posters, including Paul McCartney

Paul McCartney is in PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 5 and there’s a character poster to prove it, plus get a Mini Poster.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales is just around the bend and we thought we’d share all the character posters that have been released. The most recent character poster is a surprising one, mainly because it includes Paul McCartney. Yes, that Paul McCartney.

If you’re wondering about the significance of his character to the storyline, we don’t know. However, IMDB labels his character as “Jail Guard 2,” so we can’t imagine his character of being all that important. Obviously, it helps to already be a respected celebrity in order to get a character poster, regardless of your role in the movie.

Check out the posters for the actual major characters of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.

IMAX poster for Pirates of the Caribbean 5

It was also announced recently that if you go watch IMAX screening of Pirates of the Caribbean 5 during opening weekend, and at participating theaters, you’ll be able to collect the following exclusive free mini-poster:

Johnny Depp returns to the big screen as the iconic, swashbuckling anti-hero Jack Sparrow in the all-new “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.” The rip-roaring adventure finds down-on-his-luck Captain Jack feeling the winds of ill-fortune blowing strongly his way when deadly ghost sailors, led by the terrifying Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem), escape from the Devil’s Triangle bent on killing every pirate at sea—notably Jack. Jack’s only hope of survival lies in the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but to find it he must forge an uneasy alliance with Carina Smyth (Kaya Scodelario), a brilliant and beautiful astronomer, and Henry (Brenton Thwaites), a headstrong young sailor in the Royal Navy. At the helm of the Dying Gull, his pitifully small and shabby ship, Captain Jack seeks not only to reverse his recent spate of ill fortune, but to save his very life from the most formidable and malicious foe he has ever faced.

Pirates of the Caribbean 5 sails into theaters May 26th.
