In the latest SHADOWHUNTERS preview, we get a first look at new character Sebastian, and Jace gets cocky.

If you haven’t been caught up on Shadowhunters, you might want to do so before the second half of the season begins, because we have a new character arriving and his name is Sebastian Verlac. Check out this new Shadowhunters preview for season 2B.

Will Tudor (Game of Thrones, Humans) is scheduled to make his first appearance in the upcoming 2×11 episode, “Mea Maxima Culpa.” And from what we see in the preview, Sebastian does have an accent.

For those not familiar with the books, Sebastian is a character introduced in the book three of The Mortal Instruments series, City of Glass. He plays a very pertinent role in the Shadowhunters Chronicles, and we’re super excited to see him on the show.

It’s been a dark time for the Shadowhunters of the New York Institute, but we’re hoping that we get more moments of levity, especially because there will be more darkness to come. Jace’s sarcastic and cocky nature displayed in the books definitely helps, and we get just a smidge of it in this preview.
