SHADOW AND BONE Season 2 Sneak Peek Released, plus NYCC info!

We get a sneak peek of the original cast members, as well as the additional ones joining Shadow and Bone season 2 on Netflix. We are definitely excited to see more and more of Leigh Bardugo’s characters from the books come to life in this series.

Jessie Mei Li as Alina Starkov

There’s not much dialogue in this teaser, but it’s enough to get us hyped! Add the dramatic score and the quick shots of some of our fan favorites that are introduced in the upcoming season, such as Nikolai Lantsov (Patrick Gibson) and Wylan Hendricks (Jack Wolfe), and you’ve got yourself some hyped up viewers ready for 2023.

For those of you who don’t remember, the season ended with Alina and the rest of them believing Kirigan, or The Darkling as we know him best as, was vanquished in the Fold. The Crows go on their way back to Ketterdam, Zoya goes in search of her family, and Mal and Alina go their own way. There’s definitely a lot that needs to be resolved and obviously season 2 will bring a lot of hiccups on the way.

Needless to say, from what was season in the sneak peek, we’re in for a whole lot of amazing action and emotional drama.

Jack Wolfe as Wylan Hendricks

No date has been announced for when Shadow and Bone season 2 will be released on Netflix, aside from it being some time in 2023. But hopefully it’ll be around the same month season 1 aired, which is April, if not sooner.

On a side note, if you’re attending this year’s New York Comic-Con, you’ll want to reserve tickets for the Main Stage on Saturday, October 8th at 2pm, where author Leigh Bardugo and some of the cast of the series will be at their own panel, A Conversation with The Darkling, The Crows, and Leigh Bardugo! Reservations go live on Mon, Sept. 26 at 12:00 PM ET. Learn more: NYCC2022.com/ResInfo.
