SHADOWHUNTERS Releases Deleted Izzy Scene, Hilarious Blooper

SHADOWHUNTERS gets nostalgic with new behind-the-scenes peeks!

Since the crushing news of the show’s cancellation and the subsequent pushback of Season 3B to 2019, Shadowhunters fans have largely been left high and dry by Freeform. However, the holiday season brought back the networks “25 Days of Teasers” for each show, including the Nephilim drama. Most of the teasers have been behind-the-scenes photos, but two recent videos show the cast having a little more fun!

First off, a new deleted scene from Season 3 Episode 2 shows Isabelle (Emeraude Toubia) getting sassy when Raj (Raymond Ablack) comes in for his Weapons Room assignment. While somewhat flirting with her, Raj makes a snide comment about her brother, Alec, leading The Institute. That’s when Izzy reminds him who’s in charge. Watch the scene at the top of the post!

The show took audiences back even further for a previously unreleased blooper from Season 2 Episode 5. The scene in question takes place in Iris Rouse’s home, where the warlock has been breeding mundanes with demons to create new warlocks. After saving the day, the gang helps one of Iris’ captives give birth to a baby. But that’s one major problem in this take: As Harry Shum Jr. (Magnus) hands the lifelike baby doll off to the actress playing the mother, its legs fall off. The cast tries to ignore the technical flub, but it’s not long until Dominic Sherwood (Jace) is laughing hysterically and they all crack in degrees from there, ending with Matthew Daddario (Alec). Check it out below:

Shadowhunters returns to Freeform for its final episodes beginning Monday, February 25, 2019.
