Sneak Peek of FEAR THE WALKING DEAD Episode 103: The Dog

Have you been sucked in yet with Fear the Walking Dead?  I know I have!  We’ve been through two episodes so far, and both have shown us the rising anticipation of what’s to come.  The fear is growing, and the threat is real.  In Fear the Walking Dead episode 103 titled “The Dog”, it finally looks like more people are realizing that there’s a problem, and it isn’t the police.

So yeah, Travis Manawa (Cliff Curtis) is giving his ex-wife Liza (Elizabeth Rodriguez), and son Chris (Lorenzo James Henrie), as well as the Salazar (this is where Ruben Blades comes in) family they took shelter with, a first person view of what he’s already seen.  Imagine what’s going through their heads as they’re driving along and see the chaos.  The police can’t even be bothered to block off the streets apparently, but just direct traffic as they continue shooting at a walker in plain view.  And in a city like L.A. where not only the police, but everyone else can be armed and trigger-nervous, it’s probably better that he drive at a slow pace, even though we’re all thinking he needs to just hit it and get the you-know-what outta there.

Things are going downhill and there’s definitely no signs of stopping it.  Unfortunately, we won’t be seeing the new episode this Sunday as they have given viewers the weekend off in honor of Labor Day.  So, episode 103 will be aired the following Sunday, September 13, 2015.

Episode synopsis:

After they escape a riot, Travis, Liza and Chris seek refuge with the Salazars; Madison defends her home.

Given that there are only six episodes this season, I’m pretty sure the pace will pick up drastically.  We haven’t even seen how Madison (Kim Dickens) is fairing at home with her daughter and drug-addicted son.  And last we saw, they had a neighbor that definitely wasn’t acting normal.
