Stanley Tucci will take on a flashy new supporting character in Disney’s live-action BEAUTY AND THE BEAST!
Stanley Tucci has done it all, from major franchises to powerful indies. Now he’s taking on a role in a childhood classic, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST.
The actor will play Cadenza, a grand piano who is described as the “neurotic maestro” among the Beast’s servants. It seems like he’ll be responsible for quite a few dance numbers!
If Cadenza the grand piano doesn’t should familiar to you, that’s because he wasn’t part of the 1991 animation. Still, this live-action version is also a Disney property and the powers at be must think this addition is a good one. We imagine it will be, because it’s Stanley Tucci!
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST will also star Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as The Beast, Luke Evans as Gaston, Josh Gad as LeFou, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, Audra McDonald as Garderobe, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette.
