There’s a new face headed to Hawkins, but a former guest star turned series regular role may steal her thunder!
Maya Hawke, the daughter of actors Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke, has joined the cast of Stranger Things for Season 3. According to THR, her character, Robin, is an “alternative girl” who is new to town, hates her day job, goes looking for excitement, and gets herself thrown into the danger after discovering the town’s dark secrets.
Robin is new here and she's "alternative." We love a weirdo and a new resident. Welcome to Hawkins, Maya Hawke. pic.twitter.com/ngdm9j6A3K

Meanwhile, Season 2 scene-stealer Priah Ferguson, who plays Lucas’ sassy little sister, Erica, will become a series regular. It looks like Erica and her friends will give Lucas and her friends a run for their money, getting into some supernatural mischief of their own. We can’t wait!
Stranger Things Season 3 is currently in pre-production and there is no impending release date.
