SUICIDE SQUAD Director tweets official image of Jared Leto’s Joker

We finally get to see the outcome of all the little changes of actor Jared Leto‘s Joker that have been tweeted out recently by Suicide Squad director David Ayer. We recently got a glimpse of Jared’s green hair and pink lips, but now, looking at this photo, it looks like we’re definitely getting the familiar Joker look than the Joker from Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises.

Jared Leto's JokerDavid Ayer is having the last laugh for this week’s news cycle. The Suicide Squad director just dropped a bombshell on Twitter when he shared the first official picture of Jared Leto as The Joker. I can only assume that the “HA HA HA HA HA” tattoos on his chest and arms are in reference to the “Damaged” tattoo on his forehead. In all seriousness though, this is our best look yet at what Leto will look like as the most iconic member of Batman’s rogues gallery.

As great as the late Heath Ledger’s portrayal of the psychotic killer was, I’m glad that it looks like they’re stepping away from going anywhere near to Ledger’s look and going more classic.
