Superhero Nightly Update – Jason Momoa’s AQUAMAN, SUICIDE SQUAD

  • Director Zack Snyder revealed Jason Momoa‘s Aquaman, and he looks good.

    Jason Momoa's Aquaman

As much as I do love this new reimagined Aquaman, he and his uniform look too monochromatic for me, and I would’ve liked just a little bit of color. I mean, it doesn’t have to be all gold and blue, but even a small pop of color – blue, maybe – would’ve been nice.  Still, Jason Momoa gives Aquaman some respectability that he might’ve lost for no apparent reason.

Aquaman is slated to hit theaters July 27, 2018.

  • Jay Hernandez (Gang Related) has been cast to be in the Suicide Squad movie, although it hasn’t yet been announced as to what character he will be playing.  Even so, there are already speculations as to what he’ll be playing, including a prison inmate for Jared Leto’s Joker.
    Suicide Squad synopsis:

A secret government agency recruits imprisoned supervillains to execute dangerous black ops missions in exchange for clemency.
