Spoiler set photos also for The Flash upcoming episode
Mark Hamill makes his series debut as the original Trickster in The Flash, a role that he played in the 90’s The Flash series, which starred John Wesley Shipp as The Flash, and who now plays Barry Allen’s father in the current show (whew!) And we have The Flash stills and trailer for “Tricksters”.
A copycat killer who goes by the name “The Trickster” (guest star Devon Graye) starts setting off ombs in Central City. In order to stop the villain, Barry (Grant Gustin) and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) meet with the original Trickster, a criminal mastermind named James Jesse (guest star Mark Hamill), who has been imprisoned for 20 years. Things quickly go from bad to worse when the Tricksters unite and take Henry (John Wesley Shipp) prisoner. Meanwhile, Iris (Candice Patton) asks Eddie (Rick Cosnett) for help with a case, and flashbacks show how Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) came up with the idea for the particle accelerator.

Check out the synopsis for Episode 1.18 “All Star Team Up” in which Arrow’s Felicity Smoak and Ray Palmer visit Central City and S.T.A.R. Labs:
Barry is surprised when Smoak arrives from Starling City along with her boyfriend, Palmer, who flies in as the Atom. They’ve come to visit S.T.A.R. Labs as Palmer needs help with his suit. Their timing turns out to be fortuitous because it’s all hands on deck after a meta human named Brie Larvin unleashes hundreds of robotic bees to attack and kill her former co-workers, including Dr. Tina McGee. A group dinner with Allen, Felicity, Ray, Iris and Eddie turns into a disaster.

SPOILERS BELOW BASED ON IMAGES
These images show a guest character on the show, and it’s pretty major if you pay attention to what that guest character is wearing. There can be many theories going through your head. I’d like to think that mine makes sense: that the Barry Allen we have been watching is now on a parallel time to the one of Arrow’s and that in The Flash’s timeline, Oliver Queen has taken Ra’s al Ghul’s offer.
But that might be too complicated to keep straight the further they get into both series’, especially if they want to continue doing crossovers, right?
