THE 100 Gets Renewed for Season Six

The 100 has been renewed for a sixth season!

Don’t worry, the world isn’t ending just yet. The CW has renewed post-apocalyptic drama The 100 for a sixth season, which leaves only a few of the network’s shows still in limbo.

The 100, which only just returned for its fifth season, joins a plethora of other already renewed shows, including The Flash, Supergirl, Arrow, Riverdale and Jane the Virgin. As of right now only three CW shows currently hang in the balance: Life Sentence, Valour, and iZombie.

The 100 has just begun its fifth season, which picks up six years after the radiation wave that closed off season four. Clarke (Eliza Taylor) has survived on the ground, while Raven (Lindsey Morgan) and Bellamy (Bob Morley) along with others are in space trying to make it back to earth, and Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) and the rest of Skaikru are still trapped underground.

The third episode of season five of The 100 airs this Tuesday, May 8th, at 9pm on The CW.
