The Batcave gets fancy in BATMAN V SUPERMAN sneak peek!
Entertainment Weekly has the first look at the shiny new Batcave featured in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice!
In the BvS timeline, Bruce Wayne has been taking on the superhero role for quite some time. While he’s allowed the Wayne Manor estate to “crumble to ruins”, there’s one safe room in his life that remains in tip-top shape: The Batcave has more tech and more style than ever before. It’s definitely a huge leap from the more organic batcave with some tech mixed in that we saw in Christopher Nolan’s trilogy. Take a look!
Ben Affleck, who will play the Dark Knight himself in this rendition of the character, talked about why Bruce’s high-tech toys and lack of special powers make Batman the most interesting character in the DC Comics line-up:
“In a world of Flashes and Aquamen and Supermen, there needs to be that guy. It’s interesting that he became the leader of the Justice League in the books — I’m not sure how that’ll play out here — but his humanity is also an asset.”
