The final trailer from Disney Pixar’s Toy Story 4 reveals more of the plot and quite a bit never before seen scenes. The newest adventure in the Toy Story saga has young Bonnie and family on a road trip when her newest toy, a craft project named Forky, gets lost. Woody, Buzz, and the gang make it their mission to save him, which leads them to a carnival. Check out the trailer below:
Here’s the official synopsis:
Woody (voice of Tom Hanks) has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (voice of Tony Hale), declares himself as “trash” and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep (voice of Annie Potts). After years of being on her own, Bo’s adventurous spirit and life on the road belie her delicate porcelain exterior. As Woody and Bo realize they’re worlds apart when it comes to life as a toy, they soon come to find that’s the least of their worries.
Bo is back, as we’ve seen from teaser posters, but this should be an interesting twist in regards to what we’ve considered Bo Peep to be, a simple toy doll only used as a “girly” toy and nothing more. We can’t wait to see what Pixar’s created to her to be this time around.
Another new character (and there are several of them) to the Toy Story saga is that of Duke Caboom, voiced by none other than John Wick star and overall nice guy Keanu Reeves. Being a fan of an iconic action star, we’re definitely invested in seeing what Toy Story 4 has to offer.
Toy Story 4 hits theaters June 21, 2019.
