Witness the powers of THE GIFTED in a new teaser!

Prepare for special effects as mutant powers take center stage in the latest preview for Fox’s X-Men television show, The Gifted!

The preview gives us a good look at the Strucker kids in action, particularly Andy (Percy Hynes White), who seems to have the ability to manipulate metal. We also see comic book-based mutants Polaris (Emma Dumont) and Blink (Jamie Chung) using their powers against government tech alongside original mutants created for the series, Thunderbird (Blair Redford) and Eclipse (Sean Teale).

While the preview doesn’t reveal the exact premiere date, it does tell fans that once it begins sometime this fall, the show will air on Mondays at 9pm.

The Gifted was created by showrunner Matt Nix, based off the popular Marvel X-Men universe. Bryan Singer, who directed fur the the X-Men tentpole franchise films, also directed the show’s pilot.

The Gifted tells the story of a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.
