A daring attempt to bust out of WCKD almost goes awry in new SCORCH TRIALS clip!
At the end of The Maze Runner, Thomas and the Gladers find themselves in the supposedly safe hands of saviors, only to realize in the sequel, Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, that these “rescuers” may not have the best of intentions. Instead of being in a safe zone, the group discovers that they’re right back with WCKD and test subjects once again. So they’ll need to bust out from yet another dangerous trap if they ever want to be truly free!
Check out the tail end of The Gladers great escape in a new clip, ‘Open This Door’. Thomas and his companions have hit their limits at this point, so much so that a dangerous showdown between Thomas and Janson ensues.
Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials is out on September 18, 2015. If early reviews and hype are any indicator, this sequel is going to be even better than the original!
