Fox is excited to reveal four clips from this Monday’s Gotham episode, “Mad City: Look Into My Eyes.” Of course, we can’t blame them. There’s much to see, including the introduction of one Jervis Tetch, a.k.a. Mad Hatter (Benedict Samuel).

Penguin interrupts the former mayor’s speech to ridicule him.
Alice’s landlord barges into her room looking for his rent money.
Jim finds out that his doctor is Leslie’s fiance, and he issues him a warning.
Hypnotist Jervis Tetch/Mad Hatter arrives in Gotham to search for his sister, Alice, and hires Gordon to help find her. Meanwhile, Penguin decides to run for mayor and Bruce’s doppelganger begins to channel him, causing some confusion around town.
Gotham airs Mondays at 8pm on Fox.
