These two new TOY STORY 4 characters may sound familiar to you, especially if you’re a fan of a certain retired Comedy Central show.
If you’ve ever watched Comedy Central’s Key and Peele show, than the two new characters that will be in Toy Story 4 probably sound awfully familiar. That’s in fact because they are. Jordan Peele and Kegan-Michael Key were the hosts and the stars of the comedy/variety show in which they played various characters and acted out humorous scenarios.
In this teaser trailer reaction to Toy Story 4, they are basically doing what do best, only this time they didn’t have to dress up to look like different characters since all that was needed was their voices, and that’s funny enough.
Key and Peele were not the only new characters introduced in the fourth Toy Story installment, as Forky (voiced by Love, Simon’s Tony Hale), the toy spork, was introduced in the actual teaser. Read below for the synopsis.
Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called ‘Forky’ to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.
They’ll be joined by the returning cast, which includes Tom Hans, Tim Allen, and Joan Cusack, to name a few.
Toy Story 4 is scheduled to be released June 21, 2019.
