I picked up an ARC of Love, Life, and the List at YALLFest in November. Originally set to come out next year, Kasie West’s newest novel was released today, and I am very excited to share it with you! The story follows Abby Turner, an artist with a secret. She’s in love with her best friend, Cooper. When she tries to get into an amateur art exhibit, she learns her paintings are lacking truth. To improve her work, Abby sets out to accomplish everything on a list that is sure to grow her heart. Cooper offers to join her, but his time is split with his newest fling. Will Abby’s journey bring her and Cooper closer or take them in different directions? In typical Kasie West form, this story was adorable, though the ending was not quite as obvious as West’s previous stories. There were also deeper themes of mental health and finding yourself in this cute contemporary. Check out my full review below!
Note: As always, the video begins spoiler-free. I give a warning before moving into any major spoilers from the story.
As of today, December 26, you can buy your own copy of Love, Life, and the List by Kasie West.
