In the last season of Arrow, it left the team in different places. Diggle (David Ramsey) has left for the army and Thea (Willa Holland) is conflicted, realizing that she has been living a very dark lifestyle. The only members left on Team Arrow is Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) in “Legacy.”

Picking up five months later, we see Oliver as the mayor of Star City and wanting things to go back to the way they were. However, Felicity knows that things will never be the same.

“Legacy” Synopsis:

The arrival of a deadly new adversary will force Oliver to confront questions about his own legacy, both as mayor and as the Green Arrow.
