Watch The First Trailer For Disney Pixar’s COCO

Explore the Land of the Dead in the first trailer for COCO!

Disney Pixar announced the incredible all-Latinx voice cast for their upcoming film Coco just yesterday, and now the first official trailer has hit the Internet!

Watch as Miguel is accidentally transported to The Land of the Dead with his loyal pup, Dante, after strumming his deceased musical hero’s guitar. While there, he’ll explore the impossible, meet deceased family members once again, and discover the mysteries of his personal history.

We loved the Dia de los Muertos skeleton look used for the residents of The Land of the Dead and it’s clear even from this short trailer that this story has plenty of heart, but we have so many questions! Where’s Hector, the trickster voiced by Gael Garcia Bernal? What will Miguel discover about his family? How will he get home? And what is up with those glowing leaves?!

We’ll find out when Coco hits theaters on November 22, 2017.

Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector (voice of Gael García Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.
