Arrow made its debut today at San Diego Comic-Con. In attendance was producer Wendy Mericle, Echo Kellum (Curtis Holt), Paul Blackthorne (Detective Lance), Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity Smoke), Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen/Green Arrow), David Ramsey (John Diggle), Willa Holland (Thea Queen), John Barrowman (Malcolm Merlyn) and writer Marc Guggenhiem.
During the panel in Ballroom 20 the panel talked about the new villains and vigilantes that will be joining the cast. One new member is Joe Dinicol who will play the part of a new vigilante, Rory Regan/Ragman. Rory Regan is a character “fresh from a personal tragedy, [who] hopes to find answers in Star City, where he ultimately crosses paths with Green Arrow.” He will first appear in the second episode of season 5.
Also, they mentioned that Kate Cassidy’s Laurel Lance will be be appearing in the season premiere episode in which we may find out what Laurel and Oliver last talked about before her death.

It looks like Team Arrow is coming back but instead with fresh members eager to make some good happen in Star city. The new team will be made up of Madison McLaughlin, who will reprise her role as Evelyn Sharp, who pretended to play the Black Canary, Rick Gonzalez, who will play Wild Dog, and in his recurring role as Curtis Holt, Echo Kellum.
Arrow returns Wednesday, October 5th at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
